This artesanal Mola Poncho represents a unique Panamanian collaboration between indigenous artisans and local tailors and designers at Nido. It features authentic Guna indigenous molas from Panama. The Poncho has a V-neck, adjustable ties on each side. Includes washable handmade tassels.

What We Do:

Starting in 2010, Nido has worked with rural female tailors and artisans from remote corners of Panama to revive the local artisanal market. Despite Panama’s rich indigenous textile traditions, they were underrepresented in both local and global markets. Nido introduced designs featuring Guna Molas and Ngäbe Bugle textile art, pioneering the fashionable application of Panama’s indigenous textile art. Today, Nido is a respected brand known for its sustainable ready-to-wear clothing, sought after worldwide.
